Kim is self motivated and enthusiastic. She is an innovative problem solver and natural leader. Antoinette is proficient at analysis and configuration. Kim and Antoinette are effective communicators. Their technical skills and clinical workflow experience were valuable assets to the project.

They are always thinking about how they can improve the services to their customers. Their work ethic and organization skills are flawless and detailed. Status reports are informative and timely. The status reports keep the team updated and aware of all of the multiple changes that are occurring. Both Kim and Antoinette are easy to work with. They make themselves available by phone at any hour Pacific Time to attend meetings or for consulting questions. Kim and Antoinette are team players and collaborate with the customers.
